Estate Sales
The loss of a loved one, downsizing your space, moving to an assisted living facility or any big life transition is difficult. Our number one focus will be to ensure whatever transition you are going through runs smoother.
During the initial free estimate visit, we will assess the total value of the items you want sold at the sale. We will set up times with you to come back and price items before the sale and set a sale date. Sales are typically on weekends, we advise the family not attend the sales.
There is no upfront cost associated with this, each sale is assessed and a job proposal is given.
Estate Clean Out
After the estate sale, or for any reason (a move, or just decluttering & need junk hauled), our team will come in and clear the home. Estimates are free, and we can assess it within days of you inquiring in person or virtually. Each property is different and we cannot give a price over the phone as we haven't seen the home. We will discuss with you what items are to be sold, donated or hauled to the dump.
Shop
The retail shop is open sporadically, typically one weekend a month. Follow our social media pages for open shop dates. The shop is located on Piney Grove Wilbon Rd. in Holly Springs, NC. If you'd like to schedule a private shopping time please message us to set that up. We can set up groups to have private shopping parties!
